Refund and Cancellation Policy

Setup fees cover design and build work and are non-refundable once design work has begun. If you are not satisfied with your website before launch, contact us and we will work with you to make reasonable revisions.

Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term. After the minimum term, you may cancel at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice by emailing garry@fraserdigitalstudio.ca or using the contact form at fraserdigitalstudio.ca/contact. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. You will not be charged after your cancellation takes effect.

You keep ownership of your domain name and the content you supplied. Hosting and any included tools, such as automations and phone numbers, end when the subscription ends. On request, we will provide reasonable help exporting your content within 30 days of cancellation.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days and we will review it promptly and correct any error.
