Terms of Service

We provide website design, hosting, maintenance, and related business tools as described on this website and in your signed service agreement or proposal. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for your project are set out in that agreement.

Services are charged as a one-time setup fee and, for subscription plans, a recurring monthly fee, as stated in your agreement. All prices are in Canadian dollars and GST is added where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly fees are billed in advance on the agreed billing date.

You agree to provide accurate content, images, and business information on time, and to review and approve work promptly. You confirm that you own or have the right to use all content you supply, and that your use of our services, including any text messages or emails sent to your customers, complies with applicable laws, including Canada’s anti-spam legislation.

You own your domain name, logo, photos, and the content you provide. We retain ownership of our templates, tools, and underlying code frameworks unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We do not guarantee any specific search engine ranking, website traffic, number of leads, or revenue.

Our services may rely on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
